As of June 2021, in the twelve to seventeen year old age range, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) statistics included nine deaths and 7,294 total adverse reactions with 423 classified as serious (18%). Four of the deaths were cardiac-related (44%), three were inexplicable and two of the nine fatalities were suicides.
