Based upon Governor Abbott’s Executive Order No. GA-40 relating to prohibiting vaccine mandates, subject to legislative action signed on October 11, 2021, stating no entity in Texas can compel receipt of a COVID-19 vaccine by any individual, including an employee or a consumer, who objects to such vaccination for any reason of personal conscience, based on a religious belief, or for medical reasons, including prior recovery from COVID-19. I hereby suspend all relevant statutes to the extent necessary to enforce this prohibition.

The Woodfill Law Firm has contacted the Houston Methodist attorneys and brought to their attention the contents of the Executive Order and demanded all their clients be reinstated to their previous positions in a good faith effort to mitigate damages as required by Texas Law.
