An article in one of our favorite media sources the EPOCH Times, reports the Supreme Court on:

  • August 29, 2021 rejected a petition from the students attending Indiana University
  • October 1, 2021 rejected the petition from New York City teachers
  • October 29, 2021 voted 6–3 to mandate healthcare workers in the state of Maine be vaccinated and allow no religious exemptions

The Supreme Court on November 29, 2021 refused to hear a case brought by a group of eight healthcare workers seeking exemptions from Mass General Brigham Inc., a Massachusett hospital with a Covid vaccine mandate. The request was denied by Stephen Breyer who is assigned to handle matters of urgency in the state of Massachusetts with the court offering no reason for the rejection.
