On January 19, 2022 after the emergency injunction was granted by the Supreme Court blocking Brandon’s large employee vax mandate, twenty seven state Attorneys General submitted an electronic letter via Regulations.gov to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requesting the agency withdraw its vaccine mandate for large employers with more than 100 employee’s. Leading the charge is Daniel Cameron, Attorney General from the State of Kentucky.
