According to Dr. Paul Alexander, when a vaccine does not break the chain of transmission that vaccine cannot assist in getting the population to population level herd immunity. The Covid vaccines do not stop transmission as confirmed by Pfizer, Moderna, the FDA, the CDC, the NIH, and CDC Director Rochelle Walenksy. All have stated that the COVID vaccine does NOT stop transmission.
The conclusions by the experts lead to his final conclusion that there is no scientific basis or reason for a vaccine mandate with these vaccines
