Reuters seeks to mislead ‘headline readers’ stating on Feb. 22, 2022 in “U.S. Supreme Court Rejects Challenge to Maine COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate”.
“The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday turned away a challenge to Maine’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for healthcare workers, rebuffing for the second time a group of plaintiffs who sought a religious exemption. The justices rejected a request made on behalf of unnamed plaintiffs identifying themselves as Maine healthcare workers who objected to the vaccinations on religious grounds. The court in November rejected an emergency request by the same plaintiffs seeking to prevent Maine from enforcing the mandate against them.
Peggy Hall clarifies…The Maine healthcare workers lawsuit involving the state not allowing vax exemption for religious exemptions. This is unconstitutional and has not been settled in court yet. It is still active and pending.

SCOTUS simply refused to hear a request for an emergency injunction or immediate stop/pause to the state of Maine non-allowance of religious exemption for healthcare worker Vaxxine Mandate.
Reuters stated, “The court previously rejected other challenges to vaccine mandates including one focusing upon New York’s lack of religious exemptions for healthcare workers”…same story there, SCOTUS is not interested in emergency injunctions on cases that are being actively heard in the Court Systems.
