A Navy administrative board has unanimously found that a lieutenant who refused to get vaccinated against COVID-19 did not commit misconduct.

He goes on to say, “successfully argued that the order for military members to receive a dose of the COVID-19 vaccine was not a lawful order, according to the release” and “demonstrated the military has not made the FDA-approved version of the COVID vaccine available“.
