We turned in our brief last month to the court of appeals. Houston Methodist Methodist was required to file a response in December but they have filed for an extension. The brief is due in January 2022.
After the Methodist response to our filing is delivered, a date will be set for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans, LA.

Attached is the brief filed on our behalf with the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. We await Methodist’s response. Once received, a reply to the Methodist response will be filed. It is expected that the Court of Appeals will likely schedule oral argument in New Orleans, LA.
