Employee’s terminated and vendors restrained from entry to Houston Methodist hospitals in 2021 for refusing to participate in the largest clinical drug trial in the history of man and be injected with the experimental Covid vaccine as a condition of employment were extremely disappointed with past legal representation after the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the case presented in June 2022. We were thankful Jared Woodfill accepted our initial case when no other attorney would face the ‘Goliath’ of healthcare, Houston Methodist.
We are pleased to announce we are returning to the fight and refiling our case at the State level with new legal representation.
