Children’s Health Defense reported in Dec 2023 on Dr. Nass’ final hearing after suspension of her medical license stating…
“The Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine on Tuesday voted unanimously to extend the suspension of Dr. Meryl Nass’ medical license to a period of 39 months, saying she had violated rules set by the board in caring for three patients with COVID-19.
The board ruled that Nass, a biological warfare expert and an outspoken critic of federal COVID-19 policies, had “exhibited incompetency” or failed to meet standards of care in her treatment of the patients. It imposed a fine of $10,000 toward hearing costs and a two-year probationary period during which Nass would be required to personally finance the costs of engaging professional oversight of her work, take courses in ethics and medical recordkeeping and undergo a competency evaluation, among other things.
The board issued its decision in a three-minute hearing during which neither side was permitted to present closing arguments”.
Nass is suing the board and its individual members in federal court, alleging the board violated her First Amendment rights and her rights under the Maine Constitution.

According to Dr. Meryl Nass: “The term ‘safe and effective’ has a very specific meaning within the FDA. So, legally, ‘safe and effective’ can only be used if a drug has been fully licensed, which FDA calls approved. If a drug or vaccine has only been authorized, it cannot be called ‘safe and effective’ … FDA has allowed other agencies to call them ‘safe and effective,’ and that is not kosher, not allowed, and yet it continues to go on. So that is one way in which FDA is breaking the law.”

Dr. Mercola provides amazing detail in this article published January 21, 2022 entitled, “Dr. Meryl Nass’ Testimony Against Vaccine Mandates“ including a closing “summary of Dr. Nass’ key arguments:
- All COVID jabs available in the U.S. are experimental products
- Potential recipients must by law be given the right to refuse
- Mandates negate the right of refusal
- Basic questions about the safety of these shots remain unresolved, and some of them will not be answered until 2027
- The WHO does not recommend universal COVID vaccination for children

Maine Physician, Meryl Ness MD practicing medicine for 40 years, with degrees from University of Mississippi Medical School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology has had her medical license suspended by the State of Maine, Board of Licensure in Medicine. In addition, they have ordered Dr. Ness to undergo a psychiatric evaluation as they continue to do a full investigation.
She was reported to the board by social media users accusing the doctor of spreading covid misinformation. She is also accused of prescribing Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine to Covid patients. A physician colleague appears to have lodged a complaint as well.
The “defamatory and soon to be sued idiots” in Maine have stopped her practice of medicine as she “constitutes an immediate jeopardy to the health and physical safety of the public who might receive her medical services.”
