As you all know the vaccination mandate originated at Houston Methodist in March of 2021 and has spread like a cancer across our nation within the healthcare sector. Jennifer Bridges, RN is the lead plaintiff in the Houston Methodist lawsuit recently honored by Epoch Times in June receiving 6th place out of 311 nominated heroes with her efforts being compared to the biblical battle between David, Goliath and the uncircumcized Philistines.
Within the Marines, a military “David” has emerged and is now fighting “Goliath” as in…the US Military Industrial Complex. Clearly, this is an illegal, immoral, unconstitutional vaccination mandate essentially resulting in a dissolution of all religious rights among military personnel. The current administration has been preparing for this fight as evidenced by an article posted on the US Army website titled, “Army chaplains given facts, science regarding COVID-19 vaccines”.
We recently had an opportunity to speak with this Marine who must remain nameless. He states he is a Christian American Patriot fighting for the rights of all Americans under two amendments to the US Constitution:
- 9th amendment stating “The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.” In Layman’s terms meaning, other rights may exist besides the ones mentioned and while they are not listed, they can be violated.
- 10th amendment stating “Powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution nor prohibited by it to the States are reserved to the States respectively…or to the people.”
Our Marine openly states regarding the declination of the mandated vaccine for the members of the military, “I did not want to lead this fight but my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ convicted me to action. Fighting this could cost me everything; my career through professional suicide, charges comparable to a felony, court martial, and potentially dishonorable discharge and jail time”.
He continued, “I prayed long and hard asking God what He wants of me. I was commanded to open the Bible and did so randomly. The first scripture that spoke to me was in 2 Samuel 5:19, ‘So David inquired of the Lord, saying, “Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You deliver them into my hand?” And the Lord said to David, “Go up, for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into your hand”.’
He remained prayerful taking his dilemma to his Pastor and congregation, intent on obtaining consensus that a religious exemption was appropriate. During the church service, he was commanded to open the Bible again and randomly from 1 Chronicles 14:10 he reads… ‘And David inquired of God, saying, “Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You deliver them into my hand?” The Lord said to him, “Go up, for I will deliver them into your hand”.’
Shortly after, he sat down with his Commander to discuss the religious exemption that he had filed. He was notified that his command had determined that nothing but a medical exemption would be considered. Religious exemptions are not being considered at this time. The current administration has been preparing for this fight as evidenced by an article posted on the US Army website in March 2021 titled, “Army chaplains given facts, science regarding COVID-19 vaccines”.
This appears to be “Commands” official position for on September 20, 2021, General Michael Flynn via Telegram states regarding Navy Seals refusing the vaccination, “They have been told that if they seek a religious accommodation, they likely will no longer be able to serve our country as Navy SEALs and been given an arbitrary deadline to comply with the vaccine mandate.”
After the meeting with his command, God began moving like a freight train in the life of this man. He has secured the assistance of three prominent law firms and national legal organizations. Of note, an attorney associated with Defending the Republic under Sidney Powell has offered pro bono assistance. First Liberty Institute, a legal organization dedicated exclusively to defending religious liberty for all Americans is focusing specifically on the issues of disallowed religious exemptions. Of note, First Liberty Institute is sponsoring a live special session with Mike Berry, General Counsel on September 27, 2021. He’ll answer pressing questions about the DOD’s rules regarding vaccines and religious exemptions. Military members may submit questions for the General Counsel to address during the session and may be submitted here using this form.
The third organization that must remain nameless at this time will be assisting with the Congressional aspect through the Freedom Caucus. Specifically Louis Gohmert, Matt Gaetz, Marjorie Taylor Greene and Paul Gozar will be called upon to assist.
He expanded on further illegalities of the vaccine mandate with Stew Peters on September 24, 2021 reporting Title 10 is applicable to the US Military specifically as well as US Statute 21 USC § 360bbb-3 which deems the vaccine as an investigational drug which is one of the premises of the Houston Methodist Lawsuit (pg. 27).
Contrary to the media’s presentation of the vaccines being administered currently, they have NOT been FDA approved.
According to and applicable to the vaccine mandates, under 21 USC 360bbb-3a: Emergency use of medical products, these are non-FDA approved products and they are still in the trial phase. Mandated participation in the clinical trials are a clear violation of federal regulations.
Under Title 10 U.S. Code § 1107 , the mandate for the Military has one exception, Presidential determination of a national security threat and application to a particular military operation. Under Limitation and Waivers:
(1)In the case of the administration of an investigational new drug or a drug unapproved for its applied use to a member of the armed forces in connection with the member’s participation in a particular military operation, the requirement that the member provide prior consent to receive the drug in accordance with the prior consent requirement imposed under section 505(i)(4) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 355(i)(4)) may be waived only by the President. The President may grant such a waiver only if the President determines, in writing, that obtaining consent is not in the interests of national security.
(A)the Secretary may not delegate to any other official the authority to request the President to waive the prior consent requirement for the Department of Defense; and
(B)if the President grants the requested waiver, the Secretary shall submit to the chairman and ranking minority member of each congressional defense committee a notification of the waiver, together with the written determination of the President under paragraph (1) and the Secretary’s justification for the request or requirement under subsection (a) for the member to receive the drug covered by the waiver.
There are multiple requirements when mandating use of an investigational drug or an FDA unapproved drug such as written notice with specific detail and delivered timely is required for both the recipient and ordering physician when the Secretary of Defense requires a member receive an investigational new drug or a drug unapproved for its applied use containing specific information.
