We were thankful Jared Woodfill accepted our initial case when no other attorney would face the ‘Goliath’ of healthcare, Houston Methodist. We were extremely disappointed with the legal representation after the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the case presented in June 2022. The unconstitutional termination of employee’s and vendors being restrained from entry to Houston Methodist hospitals in 2021 for refusing to participate in the largest clinical drug trial in the history of man and be injected with the experimental Covid vaccine as a condition of employment was WRONG and they must be held accountable!
We are pleased to announce we are returning to the fight and refiling our case at the State level with new legal representation. We feel Roger Borgelt in Austin, TX will be a more aggressive counsel required to fight the likes of an organization like Houston Methodist and their current leadership. Attorney Borgelt promises that our legal issue is important to his firm, to bring wise Texas counsel and seasoned advocacy in his quest to achieve a major victory for US Healthcare Providers!
Our fundraising efforts will commence immediately and announcements will be forthcoming of the upcoming activities, we will use to fund our legal efforts and get our case heard.

America, we know what it feels like to be without a paycheck and are extremely empathetic to all healthcare workers that have lost their livelihoods because we were the first to experience employment tyranny and loss of our professions but…
Funds are imminently needed for upcoming legal expenses as the first Employer Mandated Vaccine lawsuit in the nation against Houston Methodist Hospital System is scheduled to be heard in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
We were the first US employees’ terminated for refusing to participate in the largest human clinical drug trial using an investigational drug and are destined to be the first legal test case for every last employee in this country.
